Did your mom ever tell you to drink warm milk if you were having trouble going to sleep? Well, mom knows best! Warm milk contains small proteins called peptides which helps your brain slow down so you can sleep.
But, there is a trick Mom may not have known about. First, you need to bring the milk to a slight boil and remove it from the heat. Allow the milk to cool enough to drink.
